Taiko Taco first rolled out in 2014 with YYCFoodTrucks in Calgary. Since then, this Feasty award winner has been serving both quality interpretations of asian dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.
With a steamed bao bun as the shell, flavours like sous vide pork belly or Chili Chicken, then garnished with fresh vegetables, served aside the famous Taiko Fries or Asian Mini Donuts, it leaves everyone wanting another bite.
